Arsenal Thrash Bournemouth 3-0 to Extend Premier League Lead

Bukayo Saka, Leandro Trossard, and Declan Rice on Target as Gunners Cruise to Victory

Arsenal extended their lead at the top of the Premier League table to four points with a comfortable 3-0 win over Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.

The Gunners took the lead in the first half through a Bukayo Saka penalty, before Leandro Trossard doubled their advantage just before the hour mark. Declan Rice added a third in the closing stages to seal the victory.

The win was Arsenal's fourth in a row in the Premier League, and it moved them four points clear of defending champions Manchester City, who have played one game less.

Saka Breaks the Deadlock

Arsenal took the lead in the 27th minute when Saka was brought down in the penalty area by Bournemouth goalkeeper Neto. The England international stepped up to take the spot-kick himself and made no mistake, sending Neto the wrong way.

Trossard Doubles the Advantage

The Gunners doubled their lead just before the hour mark when Trossard fired home from close range. The Belgian winger had been played in by Saka, and he took a touch before firing past Neto.

Rice Seals the Victory

Arsenal wrapped up the victory in the 87th minute when Rice scored from a difficult angle. The England midfielder collected the ball on the right-hand side of the penalty area and fired a low shot into the bottom corner.

The win was a comfortable one for Arsenal, who were never really troubled by Bournemouth. The Gunners will now be looking to continue their good form when they travel to Newcastle United next weekend.
